2025 Honda Pilot vs 2024 Honda Pilot
Serving Chattanooga, TN
The midsize Honda Pilot continues to be a stellar option for three-row SUV shoppers thanks to Honda's progressive efforts to improve it year after year. In 2024, the Pilot's newest generation was released with brilliant updates front to rear. While the 2025 Honda Pilot is a mid-generational vehicle, it also has an important update. Our Crest Honda sales reps can show off the latest improvements when you visit the showroom soon.
Performance
The improvements introduced in the 2025 Honda Pilot have not impacted the SUV's capabilities. In both model years, the Honda Pilot has a V6, 3.5-liter engine that delivers 285 horsepower. The majority of the trim levels continue to have front-wheel drive. However, all-wheel drive is standard in the Elite, TrailSport, and Black Edition trim levels.
Appearance
The trim levels are adjusted in the 2025 model year as the base LX option is deleted, and the new Black Edition takes the top spot. The exterior design is unchanged, but the Black Edition has a few blacked-out trim pieces and special badging. The overall look was updated in 2024, and it shows off a sophisticated shape with smooth sides and a smooth hood. The grille is upturned with a wide mesh design, and the horizontal headlights shoot off to the sides.
Features
If you choose the all-new Pilot Black Edition, your crossover will come with interior badging, red accent stitching, red leather seats, and red accent lights. Except for these changes, the 2024 and 2025 Pilot have the same equipment from trim to trim. These include Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, speed-sensitive volume control, wireless connectivity, wireless device charging, a wireless internet hotspot, heated steering, Honda Sensing tech, an intercom system, and up to a 9-inch central display screen.
