For the 2025 model year, the Honda Pilot bids farewell to its base LX trim level, ushering in the Sport as the new entry-level option. Elevating luxury and style, the top-tier trim, formerly the Elite for the 2024 model year, now takes the form of the Black Edition. The 2025 trim lineup includes the Sport, EX-L, Touring, TrailSport, Elite, and Black Edition. The Black Edition distinguishes itself with perforated leather seats, red trim accents, and dark interior and exterior accents.
Under the hood, the 2025 Honda Pilot retains its dependable 3.5-liter V6 engine across all trims, delivering 285 horsepower and a smooth 10-speed auto transmission. Its agile handling, characterized by a tight turning circle, ensures effortless maneuverability in tight spaces. Standing out with off-road prowess, the TrailSport trim features an advanced suspension system and enhanced axle articulation, enhanced by a lifted suspension for increased ground clearance. Towing capacity remains robust at 5,000 pounds.
Externally, the 2025 Pilot maintains the sleek design introduced in the 2023 model year, boasting a tall roofline, raked side windows, and a subtly hexagonal grille with a wide, staggered pattern mesh. Horizontal LED headlights emanate sophistication, extending seamlessly from the grille.
